[성금연 가락 풍류 한바탕]은 가야금 명인 성금연이 익혀 전승한 민속 풍류 가락을 그의 딸 지성자 명인이 재정리하여 계승하고 있는 가락을 담아낸 음반으로, 다스름부터 우조에 이르기까지 총 14 개의 악장으로 구성되었으며 지성자 명인과 그의 딸 김보경의 연주를 통해 각 선율의 멋을 살리는 자유롭고, 흥미로운 연주법을 가진 성금연 가락 풍류를 만나볼 수 있다.
Pungryu music is one of the most important sound which let us truly understand the beauty of gayageum tune as it clearly tells the different tone colors of twelve strings as well as their different roles in making the music. The audience can feel the resonance or the reverberation made from different vibrato styles in different music modes.
[Seong Geumyeon Pungryu] provides the audience an entire set of master Seong Geumyeon’s folk pungryu melody consisting of fourteen movements from “Daseureum” to “Ujo.” The album will lead the audience to the liberal and interesting tunes which have been reorganized, transmitted, and performed by her daughter Ji Seongja and the grand daughter Kim Bogyeong. ....
